Vexor Certification operates a transparent, fair, and non-discriminatory pricing policy. Audit fees are determined strictly by the audit man-days required to evaluate your facility based on employee headcount, risk category, and multi-site distribution.

2. Quotation Structure

Every formal quotation clearly breaks down:

- Initial Certification: Stage 1 documentation review fee and Stage 2 on-site audit delivery fee.
- Annual Surveillance: Predictable fees for Year 1 and Year 2 surveillance visits.
- Recertification: Triennial recertification audit fee prior to the 3-year certificate expiry.
- Administration and Registration: Fixed inclusion in the live public register with ISO 7064 check digits and digital mark assets.

3. Terms of Payment

Audit fees are payable according to the agreed milestone schedule. Stage 1 and Stage 2 fees are due prior to the commencement of on-site audit activities. Vexor reserves the right to postpone audit visits if outstanding invoices remain unpaid.
