A transparent audit process built on operational reality.
From initial scoping to public register listing, our audit process is structured, predictable, and conducted by qualified sector auditors. We focus on real operational compliance, not paper exercises.
Every audit report is reviewed by a technical committee member who did not participate in your audit. This separation guarantees an impartial evaluation.
The 8 steps to certification
Clear expectations at every milestone. Most initial certifications conclude within 6 to 10 weeks depending on client readiness.
Application & Scoping
You submit your organisational scope, operating locations, and headcount. We confirm technical sector coverage and issue a fixed, transparent quotation.
Contract & Team Assignment
Upon agreement, we assign a lead auditor and industry technical expert matched specifically to your sector code.
Stage 1: Readiness Review
We evaluate your documented policies, process definitions, risk registers, internal audits, and management review to confirm readiness for on-site auditing.
Stage 2: On-Site Audit
The audit team assesses real floor operations, interviews staff, and samples records across all departments to verify active conformity with the standard.
Closing Audit Findings
If minor nonconformities are identified, your team submits root cause analyses and corrective actions. You can upload all evidence directly via your client portal.
Technical Review & Decision
An independent technical reviewer scrutinises the audit report, auditor notes, and corrective action evidence before the formal certification decision is made.
Certificate Issuance
Your official certificate is issued with a unique ISO 7064 check-digit number and published in the live public register, accompanied by high-resolution certification marks.
Annual Surveillance
Short annual visits ensure continual adherence and system improvements. Ahead of Year 3 expiry, a recertification audit renews the cycle.
Transferring your certificate
Already certified by another certification body? You can transfer seamlessly to Vexor Certification without repeating the initial audit.
1. Zero Downtime for Your Buyers
We maintain certificate continuity. Your valid status remains intact throughout the administrative transfer process, ensuring no disruption in client tenders or supplier portals.
2. Desktop Review of Past Reports
Our technical review team evaluates your current valid certificate, recent audit reports, and closed nonconformities. If compliant, we issue your Vexor certificate immediately.
3. Surveillance Alignment
Your surveillance audit schedule continues smoothly on your existing anniversary dates. No repeat Stage 1 or Stage 2 audit fees.
What to expect on audit day
Our auditors act as objective, professional evaluators. We do not test individuals, we evaluate process performance.
Clarification of scope, schedule, sampling criteria, and confirming confidentiality before accessing any company records.
Verification through live observation of tasks, documentation sampling, interviewing process owners, and cross-checking records.
Every finding is explained in plain terms before the auditor leaves your facility. No surprise findings in later written reports.
