Transfer of certification

1. Eligibility for Transfer

Vexor Certification welcomes transfers of valid management system certificates from established certification bodies. A transfer is possible provided that:

• The existing certificate is current, valid, and not subject to suspension or withdrawal.

• The scope of certification falls within Vexor technical sector qualifications.

2. Pre-Transfer Desktop Review

Before accepting a transfer, our technical team conducts a thorough pre-transfer review evaluating:

• A copy of the existing certificate and its validity dates.

n

• The initial certification audit report and the most recent surveillance report.

n

• Status of all identified nonconformities and verification of their closure.

n

• Complaints records or significant changes in the client organisation.

3. Continuity and Surveillance

If the desktop evaluation confirms conformity, Vexor issues a replacement certificate matching the remaining validity of the three-year cycle. The client maintains uninterrupted market validity with no need to repeat initial Stage 1 or Stage 2 audits.
