Use of our certification mark
1. Entitlement to Display

Certified clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Vexor certification mark for the duration of their valid certificate. The mark demonstrates that the organisation operates an audited management system.

2. Permitted Usages

The certification mark may be displayed on:

- Corporate stationery, letterheads, and business cards.
- Company marketing brochures and website pages.
- Corporate vehicles and facility signage.
- Commercial proposals, tender bids, and vendor pre-qualification packages.

3. Strict Restrictions and Prohibitions

- n
- No Product Marking: The certification mark must NEVER be applied directly to a product, consumer packaging, or primary goods containers in a manner that could imply product approval.
- No Laboratory Reports: The mark must not be placed on laboratory test reports, calibration certificates, or inspection records.
- Mandatory Identification: The mark must always be accompanied by the applicable standard code and certificate number (for example: ISO 9001:2026, Certificate No. VXC 9001 UK26 0142 54).
- Immediate Cessation: Use of the mark must cease immediately upon suspension, withdrawal, reduction, or expiry of the certificate.
