An audit is only worth the rules behind it.
Vexor Certification is an independent certification body. We publish how we work, who decides, what we charge and how to challenge us, so every certificate can stand on its own record.
How a certificate is decided
Five steps for every file. The auditor never makes the final call.
- 1Application reviewWe confirm we have competent auditors for your sector before accepting.
- 2AuditA qualified audit team assesses your system on site against the standard.
- 3Technical reviewA reviewer who was not on the audit checks the report and evidence.
- 4Certification decisionA named decision maker grants, refuses or defers certification.
- 5Public registerThe certificate and its status go live in our register the same day.
We certify. We never consult.
We do not write manuals, run implementation projects or recommend consultants. Every auditor signs a conflict of interest declaration before each audit. An independent committee reviews our impartiality every year.
Read the impartiality policyRules and policies
Every policy is dated and versioned. When one changes, certified clients are told before it takes effect.
